Usage

For adults and children over 12 years: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal, at least twice daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Do not swallow. If more than is used for brushing is accidently swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre immediately. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a dentist. Keep out of reach of children.
